Yahoo Site Explorer Problems

Right now I want to update my RSS feed on one of my websites and am getting an internal error: Error code: 3 on the Yahoo Site Explorer. This is the Yahoo webmaster control panel tool. This is the error comment I am getting: We are currently experiencing difficulties with our internal systems. Please try again later.

Also can any of you delete selected sites from your Yahoo Site Explorer? On my site I can't delete any of them. At best I can remove the RSS feed and thats it. So my forwarded domain names are still listed and the system won't allow me to delete any of them for some reason.
